So it is not true that the nuclear power is cheaper, the French nuclear energy is undercut because it is the by-product of a military production.
Now that the dangers of the war increase, the affairs of various countries are directed again towards the nuclear energy, also because they have been invented new types of nuclear weapons, different from the previous ones as they require new types of plants and thus the need to build these new atomic stations. If they looked only at the energy problem, the idea to build nuclear plants would be so absurd that nobody would even think about it.(?)"

" (...) The civilian nuclear energy is useful to the military nuclear energy. The engineering tools and the technological knowledge for the pacific applications are derived from the military know-how. To build nuclear plants has always been a comfortable way to amortize the costs of the military nuclear. Not only: the civilian nuclear favours the horizontal proliferation of the military nuclear. They reassure the world with the declared objective to build a civil plant and so they can work in peace to the construction of nuclear heads (...) Thanks to the civilian nuclear program so many problems are avoided. All becomes easier... the nuclear plants produce plutonium as a by-product.
It is found, in variable percentages in radioactive waste. 1 kg of plutonium - a ping-pong ball - has the power of 20,000 tons of TNT, enough to destroy a city. For an H-bomb, it takes an average of 5 kg of Plutonium: a 1,000-megawatt nuclear power station produces around 250 kg of plutonium per year from which 40-50 atomic bombs can be derived. The civilian nuclear energy is an excellent screen that allows you to work undisturbed on nuclear weapons. Nuclear technology has enormous costs. Nuclear power plants serve as a buffer, reducing the cost of weapons-grade plutonium. The civil fallout of the military nuclear reduces the huge weapon negative balance of the state. Therefore, this is why the nuclear powers impose the civilian nuclear energy, that even if it were the least expensive energy -which is not- and, even if it were completely safe - which is not - it is still an ethically unacceptable solution".

In order to take new decisions it is necessary a new mentality. Those who are slaves of the need or of wealth, of power or their social position, those who identify themselves with the values created by selfishness and injustice, cannot take any new decisions, because they are slave of too many fears. But the thoughts that make possible the emancipation of man from ignorance, selfishness and fear, have an irresistible force because they arise from the same slow flow of Life towards the formation of the new level of consciousness".
