SCANDALS IN VATICAN

I WROTE ON 16tTH NOVEMBER 2015:

WE SHOULD PERSIST WITH THE RIGHT ACCUSE AND THE LEGITIMATE CONDEMNATION AGAINST THE PRINCES OF THE CHURCH: CARDINALS AND BISHOPS (FORTUNALLY NOT ALL OF THEM) WHO HAVE SPAT UP, THUS  CURSING, ON THE MYSTICAL BODY OF  CHRIST.
WE WON?T DO IT. WE JUST WANT TO REMIND YOU OUR PAST DENUNCIATIONS THAT ARE STILL VALID TODAY.
YOU BROOD OF VIPERS! HOW COULD YOU ESCAPE THE COMING WRATH? (Matthew 3.7) .
READ! MEDITATE AND DEDUCE!

SCANDALS IN VATICAN

Is Pope Francis in danger?
by Giorgio Bongiovanni - 9th November  2015

Nothing new under the sun, but what through the Vatileaks 2 investigation is coming out on the scandals of the Vatican City is an exemple of the exemplary proofs on those corrupt mechanisms that are behind the personalistic management of money inside the Church. A scandal, this one,  that does not involve, until there is evidence of the contrary, Pope Francis himself, who is indeed the indirect instigator of a reform for the transparency in the Vatican accounts.
A reform that had never known such a wide range, and with almost no predecessor who, as the current pontiff, was the promoter of a real cleanliness inside the Vatican. The only example is that one of John Paul I (preceded, perhaps, only by Celestine V, who was put by Dante in his Inferno for poetic but also political reasons) who became Pope in a time when the church was devastated by the corruption of bishops and cardinals, some of whom (such as Paul Marcinkus, former president of the Institute for Works of Religion, IWR) were launderers of Mafia money coming from the drug trade for hundreds of billions of liras at that time. John Paul I decided, after the elections, to make a big reform very similar to that one of Pope Francis. And he suddenly died. The big investigation contained in the book "In the name of God" by the British investigative journalist David Yallop explains how the Pope was murdered by a Masonic and mafia conspiracy, born within the same Vatican circles to prevent him from discovering more, and that relates the involvement of the Catholic Church with the scandal of the banker Michele Sindona and the failure of the Ambrosiana Bank of Roberto Calvi. The Vatican Bank, one of its major partners, to close the case chose to give a compensation (defined as a "voluntary contribution") by paying $ 250 million for the liquidation of the Ambrosiano, but it refused to give extradition for Marcinkus, subject of a warrant of arrest for fraudulent bankruptcy of Banco Ambrosiano of Calvi. Today the shadow of these scandals is back in the limelight. The weakness of John Paul II that did not want to face them at that time, had as consequense 27 years of silence, as much as his pontificate lasted, on the most serious inquiries about the economic scandals of the clergy. With Pope Benedict XVI began a new, althoguh timid, reform of the Church, but the pressures, perhaps accompanied by threats, took him, despite his will to continue, to the resignations.
Already with the choice of the name for the new Pope, Francis, Bergoglio had sent a message, hinting that his mission would have had a much more evangelical aspect. The reforms started immediately at the beginning of his pontificate, when he contrasted the phenomenon of pedophilia in the clergy, without sparing those who held roles of power within the Church .

Today, since the news leak that has given life to the second chapter of the Vatileaks investigation, there are two books that reveal many of the plots and the mechanisms that lie behind the economic scandals of the Vatican, "Via Crucis" by Gianluigi Nuzzi (Chiarelettere) and "Avarizia" by Emiliano Fittipaldi (Feltrinelli). Because of the news leak, the Vatican Gendarmerie has arrested the p.r. Francesca Immacolata Chaouqui (later released because she became an informer) and the Spanish monsignor Lucio Angel Vallejo Balda, members of the Commission of study on the economic and administrative activities, organism wanted by Bergoglio himself to analyze the  patrimonial situation and its management within the Holy See. A real earthquake after which the Italian and world press attacked the two volumes, also born from facts and concrete evidence on the waste and the lap of luxury: huge attics (many exceeding 400 square meters, when the same Pope Francis has got an apartment of just 50 meters), huge properties and travels, millionaires accounts and so on. All speak of a patrimonial and financial  management that is far from missionary works, and it makes also emerge a money laundering system within the IWR, where powerful people can deposit their accounts. All this, and much more, is contained in the two-investigative books. Almost every national newspaper and television have worked, above all, to identify the "crows", the sources thanks to whom Nuzzi and Fittipaldi could get the documents stolen in the Vatican, a smear campaign was organised against them, despite the two journalists have simply exercised their own job, namely that one of using the sources (which, as such, stay secret) and divulging facts, especially if they are inconvenient truths. The director of Radio Maria has even proposed to "hang" Nuzi and Fittipaldi. Have so we reached the point to wish the murder of those who only speak of  the truth?
But let's go back to the "crow" question, on whom it has focused much of the mainstream press, but that term can not be compared to the figures of Monsignor Balda and of Ms Chaouqui. "Crow" is, in fact, the one who divulges news where there is a mixture of truth and falsehood. "Crow" was the one who, between Falcone and Borsellino's death, had become the author of a letter in which he spoke of the reintegration of the fugitives into society through the dissociation, the abolition of the 41 bis and the block of the confiscation of mafia properties, elements you find in the "Papello" written by Riina.
Or the one who, in the early 90s, had sent letters whose content was accurate and rich of details on the work of Giovanni Falcone, destined to the judge himself. Here, however, we do not talk about  a clever mixture of circumstances, true and false, but about a subtraction of authentic documents ( a crime was committed then) therefore trusted.
"Stealing those documents is a crime. I also want to tell you that this sad fact will certainly not distract me from the work of reform" http://www.nbcnews.com/news/world/pope-francis-calls-vatican-leaks-deplorable-vows-continue-reforms-n459421 this is what Pope Francis stated yesterday, in St. Peter's Square. In his heart, though, perhaps he was happy of the documents leak, of a truth, that since it is inconvenient to many, could be danger for the  pontiff's safety. Because if it is true that Bergoglio goes ahead with his reform, there could be many strychnine coffees expressly prepared to return to a new phase of documents cover up. Without considering that it is actual a real struggle among currents within the Vatican, that one which supports the Pope and that one against him, that has got more power now. And maybe, those documents so opposed and criticized, have been leaked because someone feared that the safety of Pope Francis would have been put at risk soon.
"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people?s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to " (Matthew 23, 13).
