STATUE OF VIRGIN MARY IS WEEPING IN TREVIGNANO ROMANO
Statue of Virgin Mary that came from Medjugorje reported to be weeping outside Rome ? Owner falls into a trance and apocalyptic writing appears on skin.
September 12, 2016. In a small lakeside town outside Rome, a statue depicting the Madonna is now weeping liquids that witnesses describe as blood. It is happening in Trevignano Romano, on the shores of Lake Bracciano.
The sacred image was acquired in Medjugorje. The case is reminiscent of famous weeping statue in Civitavecchia in 1995 which was also acquired from Medjugorje. Pope John Paul II venerated this image of the Virgin of Civitavecchia. The statue from Medjugorje supposedly cried tears of blood in 14 different cases.
Along with new reports of the weeping statue from Trevignano it is also claimed that the owner of the statue falls into a trance and mysterious and apocalyptic writing appear on her skin. The?seer?, whose messages are imprinted on her arms, goes by the name of Gisella. The messages ?portend the end of the world, through predictions of natural disasters: the tsunami and earthquakes, which are more afraid after the shocks that have battered the heart of Italy.? The phenomenon of the weeping statue ? although never proven -has brought crowds of faithful to the home of the couple, and the house is too small to hold them all. This is why the statue was moved to the Church of the Sacred Heart at the House of the Child?
In fact, every Tuesday and Saturday in the Sacred Heart Church the faithful gather together with the Bishop of Civita Castellana and recite the rosary. Since March, the terracotta statuette, 20 cm, is venerated by hundreds of people. The Church has not yet expressed a ruling on the event.
Mayor Claudia Maciucchi to an news agency expressed concern about the hardships that could lead the daily activity of the citizens, and authorities will investigate. Meanwhile the couple?s home, native to the south, which brought the statue from Medjugorje is under siege of the faithful.

The inhabitants of Mina Clavero and Valle de Traslasierra were moved by the appearance of the image of the Virgin in a tree.
